Maddie Allen is a born and raised California girl who is currently based in New York City. She is a proud graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy, and she earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University. Maddie is a multi-hyphenate artist who strives to share the gift of empathy with people by telling stories.
Maddie is endlessly excited by the creative process and loves collaboration. Her favorite project since moving to New York was bringing a new musical to life, The Golden Cage, written by Grammy-Nominated composer Deborah Henson-Conant! She is both humbled and grateful for the opportunity to help create and originate the role of Alphea. The Golden Cage made its Off-Broadway debut at Theatre Row in April 2022, and has now been adapted from stage to screen. Most recently, Maddie set sail on a seven month journey as a Lead Vocalist with AIDA Cruise Lines! She is grateful to have had the opportunity to explore Northern Europe and the Caribbean, all while performing different styles of music ranging from classical to musical theatre to pop/rock.
Maddie is excited to be back in NYC, and looks forward to what’s next!
